Hair is in reaallly bad condition? Too much bleach etc?

I've dyed it brown now and it matches my root so i won't be dying it again anytime soon but can you recommend how i can repair it (split ends and quite straw like sometimes)?? Conditioners or home made treatments and instructions on how to go about doing it!? xx
