I need serious help getting over him...?

my boyfriend broke up with me about 3 months ago, we hadn't been going out that long so i dont understand why i'm so hung up about him. Everytime i think about our past i burst into tears, i know he's a dick for what he did to me but i cant stop thinking of everything he did right and everything that made him so amazing. any help would be brilliant, thankyou x
