Why is my head itching PLEASE HELP ME?

okay so in the morning i take a shower and then i make it poofy by blow drying and brushing it, there is hardly any dandruff and it's only been happening for the past 3 days, i've been using a shampoo that I got & no conditioner. in the morning and afternoon my head does not itch like this, now it's freaking itching so bad and then white flakes come out ... it's so itchy though like i cannot stop itching it and i have this urge to just itch it so hard, but i'm just patting incase i ruin my head or something :( please help
