Hair Stylists, beauticians, what are the best shampoo/conditioner products on the market?

My hair... colored (blonde), tends to be dry (hard water), naturally wavy/curly but not consistently so I blow it out, and I am trying to let it grow. I can't stand conditioners that weigh my hair down... but I need moisture. I am experiencing some breakage which is not good. Any suggestions would be great... and no wise cracks please! Thanks!
