Can i bleach my hair again?

I bleached my hair 2 months ago. I want to re-bleach it because it is not blond enough and my roots are showing. Is it to soon? I do NOT want my hair to fall out. I condition it every day with just Suave conditioner..My hair take a long time to blond so it will be sitting there for a while.
