Best shampoo/conditioner for poofy, wavy hair that is falling out?

I've been stressing out this WHOLE month and my hair is falling out. I would like to know what kind of shampoo and conditioner I should use for my poofy, wavy hair. Please list some that I could get at drugstores and such (e.g., Target, Walmart, etc.)
